For the new spawn we should make a floating city, and have all the message boards w/ rulles consolidating into a series of chambers for a kind of tutorial for new players

hmmm thats true... I like the island idea, you could terrascape it and make a rock mountain wi/ a waterfall going off the side of the floating island.
