I think It would be a great i dea to have an admin relocate all the crappy little building which are now cluttering up the spawn, and there are almoste 4 or 5 individual stores there... usless and did i mention they all look like crap... + most of them are in the way of hte planned bikni bottom development.
These houses and stores should be relocated in a cleared space behind the spawn... i.e. near gamertagown's hotel
All these small individual houses also defeat the purpose of having the appartments made by Brewsky... who's building is almost completely emptly beside the top four levels.
