I think a way to improve the server would be to add a tpa plugin where you can teleport to someone if they accept it. I don't know what the plugin is called and at the moment there are no plugins anyway because of 1.8.

There is one on the main server which donators + get, the command is /tpa [Playername] or /tpahere [Playername].

I do agree with mcrukz. When i used to play on PCJews server they had theat plugin. It's very usful and i thin all players should have the power for it.
