using a speed mine sort of hack . recorded him doing it but the first recording went corrupt(so i didnt capture it) but i recoding another one straight after and he admits to using it.

He also "claims" that jordann and nick let him do it . this is proberbally not true but if it is : Rules are set for everyone a donator is no exeption

i dont care if he is a donator he breached the rules of the server and it should only see fit that he pays the consequences

look at the rules did you use a mod ... yes then you should be punished .ps if its a client tthen you aught to be banned reom minecraft all together ever read the TOS ?
