Ban Filiplundgren1

I am brand new to the server. I read and know the rules at spawn. the first sign says something like: "please refrain from killing other players in or around spawn." i read it and therefore started collecting stuff near spawn. but i was killed by filiplundgren1. he had full diamond armor and an enchanted diamond sword. the second i re-spawned, i got killed again. he repeatedly killed me in and around spawn at least a dozen times. i didn't even have anything in my inventory. he was just killing me for fun. i tried running away, but it never worked. pls ban him. i told him about the rule and he didn't listen.
