SkyHigh has always been a popular town on the previous maps, as it is as CloudCity on the current map. The town is well built and well set out. We are still building it and putting lots of our time into making this.
If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It is already being inhabited, we have around 6 inhabitants so far and are expecting many more to join. It will be very helpful for both, current inhabitants and future citizens for CloudCity to be a warp.
